
ABOUT SAMSON
Samson Chow is studying Music in voice performance at the Hong Kong Baptist University. His vocal teacher include Mr. Jimmy Chan, Mr. Caleb Woo and Ms Purssic Yu. He had obtained LTCL in singing and AmusTCL from Trinity Guildhall. Samson appeared in a Master Class by Prof. W. Dwight Coleman at HKBU. He also staged in many musicals and opera productions, such as, Like, So? (Original musical), Flying Dutchman and La Traviata. He was invited to perform vocal recital Collegium Campanella from Citibank Plaza in 2012 and 2013 respectively. Samson also performed as soloist of Buxtehude’s Magnificat with Hong Kong Baptist University Choir and Cantoria of Hong Kong and Mikado’s Pooh-Bah produced by City Opera.
As an enthusiastic chorister, Samson performed at National Centre for the Performing Art with Cantoria of Hong Kong and Andrea Bocelli’s Asia tour 2013. He completed the recording project for Chinese Vocal Anthology ‘Half Moon Rising’ punished by Edition Peters with Cantoria of Hong Kong. He is now serving as a member of Cantoria Hong Kong and Baptist Univeristy Christian Choir.
Samson serves conductor of children choir of church and choral conductor at secondary school currently. He learned conducting from Dr Law Po-Kwan and Phillip Chu.
